Attending a CBE Speaker event related to EDI (1 pt)

On a panel exploring the current state of EDI in the organizational environment with speakers, Liz Baxter, Scott Callahan, and Jesse Rhodes I learned the importance of having diversity within an organization. Diversity means having people from a wide range of backgrounds that can speak to different topics in ways that their brain understands them. No one is from the same place physically, mentally and emotionally.
